The journey from Nairobi takes approximately 5-6 hours, and the lodge can arrange for a private vehicle and driver to pick you up from the airport or your hotel. The road trip takes you through the Great Rift Valley and past several small towns and villages.
  3. By helicopter: For a truly unforgettable experience, you can arrange for a helicopter transfer from Nairobi to Angama Mara. The flight takes approximately 1 hour, and you’ll have stunning views of the Kenyan landscape along the way.
